Role Overview: The Finance Transformation Lead (Director) reports to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. The role involves leading significant changes to make finance more data-driven, working with various teams, and supporting long-term strategic goals. Key responsibilities include driving finance innovation, process improvements, capability building, and inspiring change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Lead deployment of transformation initiatives, develop comprehensive execution plans, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape the future of the finance team.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate progress, and prioritize initiatives based on value realization metrics.
3. Team Management: Oversee a cross-functional team, provide guidance, and foster collaboration.
4. Change Management: Implement strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, evaluate efforts, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or IT; MBA or project management training is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in process improvement, change initiatives, and finance transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days/week at the Toronto office located at 1165 Leslie Street.
