Position Summary
The Leadership Growth and Culture Transformation Director will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that develop leadership capabilities and foster a high-performing, purpose-driven culture aligned with our values. This role will support our cultural evolution, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and align talent strategies with business goals. Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this leader will help create a future-ready organization that thrives on growth, innovation, and a strong, values-based culture.

Major Elements of the Role

Primary Responsibilities
  • Culture Assessment and Strategy Development: Conduct culture surveys, develop a transformation strategy aligned with strategic goals, and evolve core values and leadership behaviors. Develop metrics to track progress.
  • Talent Strategy & Succession Planning: Partner with HR and leaders to design succession frameworks, identify high-potential talent, and use data to evaluate leadership and culture programs.
  • Leadership Development: Design leadership programs, coach senior leaders, facilitate retreats, and embed inclusivity into development initiatives.
  • Organizational Development & Change Leadership: Support change initiatives, apply OD frameworks, and advise leaders on resilience and growth mindset.
  • Performance Engagement Initiatives: Promote diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety; align performance systems with desired culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner across departments, build relationships, and gain support for transformation initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Post-secondary education in relevant fields or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and culture transformation
  • Deep understanding of human behavior, team dynamics, and engagement
  • Leadership coaching accreditation (PCC preferred) and experience
  • Knowledge of assessment tools
