What We're Looking For

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage a high‑volume workload efficiently and effectively.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to balancing speed and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
• Strong team player who is also capable of working independently and taking initiative on projects from start to finish.
• Adaptable and open to change, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on optimizing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling)
• Data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Financial analysis & cost accounting
• Business acumen and market awareness
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
