Job summary

Snackruptors Inc. is seeking a technically minded project planner with 1–3 years of experience to drive capital projects and improve production efficiency in our Ontario plant.

Candidate should have CAD/SolidWorks experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of OEE, downtime analysis, and RCA. Licensing in Millwright or electrical fields is preferred. We offer a collaborative, safety-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a technical field and 1–3 years of project planning experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience of successful project management.
  • CAD experience with SolidWorks (or similar) required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint for documents and communications.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Industrial Millwright 433A or Electrical License (309A or 442) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OEE metrics, downtime analysis, and RCA.
  • Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and high-voltage safety standards.
  • Ability to document and present information effectively; fast-paced work.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree required in a technical field and 1 - 3 years of project planning experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge/Experience of successful project management.
  • Computer aided design experience (CAD and or SolidWorks)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Industrial Millwright 433A or Electrical License (309A or 442) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OEE metrics, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) for improving equipment performance.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and high-voltage safety standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Project management and capital project experience preferred.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working conditions
  • Work indoors.
  • May be exposed to hot temperatures from ovens.
  • May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
  • Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing involved.
  • May repeat the same movement.
  • Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel toed safety shoes/boots and beard nets.
  • Ability to bend or twist their body.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
