The Senior Manager / Manager, Business Finance, Digital, will guide a high‑performing group, delivering strategic financial insight, advanced analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive informed decisions and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• FP&A experience, ideally supporting Digital or eCommerce within Retail.
• Building financial models and business cases with complex data to generate insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• ERP systems experience, SAP preferred.

• Act as a strategic partner to elevate financial performance through smart spending, ROI evaluations, and budget alignment.
• Forecast sales and expenses in the short and long term, explaining drivers of growth.
• Analyze P&L and macro drivers affecting results.

The mission of the Business Finance Department is to maximize Aritzia's financial performance and drive business objectives through strategic financial insight.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager, Business Finance, Digital, you will lead the team to:

• Act as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating to proactively elevate Aritzia's financial performance, championing smart spending and guiding the business through fact‑driven decisions, strategic expense management, ROI evaluations, and seamless budget alignment
• Forecast sales and/or business expenses in the short and long term, simultaneously analyzing and explaining key drivers of future growth
• Analyze business results including the internal (business‑driven) and external (macroeconomic) drivers for P&L line items
• Provide our business partners and Aritzia Leadership Team with timely and accurate reporting on performance results, calling out key highlights, risks, and opportunities

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager, Business Finance, Digital, has:

Provenskills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

• FP&A, ideally supporting Digital or eCommerce within the Retail industry
• Building financial models and business cases with complex data to generate insights that inform operational investment decisions
• Datavisualization andanalytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
• ERP systems, SAP preferred

THECOMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy.

The rangefor roles at this level is $100,000 ‑ $300,000 peryear.Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greaterthan this range.
