Job summary

GeoSpectrum Technologies Inc. in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced Finance Project Administrator to support ERP data integrity, job costing, invoicing and reporting.

This role collaborates with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Program/Project managers to keep data accurate and aligned with business needs. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you’ll prepare cost information for quotes, maintain project data, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree in business administration, accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in a mid-sized organization (approximately $100M-$500M revenue).
• Ability to obtain Canadian Government Security (Reliability) Clearance and Canadian Controlled Goods clearance.

Responsibilities

• ERP order entry (Sage 300) and reconciliation with Business Development and Engineering.
• Support Project Managers with financial queries, reports and job costing data.
• Update order entries as configurations are amended and shipping dates change.
• Open, amend, close jobs and work orders within the job costing system.
• Manage manufacturing reports to inform production meetings.
• ERP Export / Shipping coordination including export permits and ERP handoff to shipping.
• Customer invoicing, tracking and reporting.
• Tracking project milestones.
• DND/DRDC time reporting and invoicing.
• Assist in cost information for product quotes.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
