Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Global Finance ERP Process Integration Strategy Director. Location is flexible, ideally in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, with travel to New Brunswick as needed. The role involves leading the integration of new S4 Finance transaction and close processes, supporting the SigniFi Finance Transformation program, and collaborating across various teams to ensure process standardization and deployment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deploying processes within TransAct scope, creating training documentation.
2. Partnering to define and design new processes with GPOs and finance systems teams.
3. Collaborating with Tax, Global Services, Reporting & Analytics, and other GPOs to coordinate impacts of deployments.
4. Strategic planning and orchestration of end-to-end processes to enhance close capabilities.
5. Influencing and negotiating with senior leaders to facilitate change.
6. Interacting with senior management through meetings and presentations, building reputation as a trusted advisor.
7. Driving transformational change in financial close processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Financial certifications like CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• People management experience required with a strong record of development outcomes.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes essential.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Master Data concepts, and emerging technologies preferred.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative working style in a matrix organization.
• Up to 10% international travel may be required.
