  • Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, inconsistencies, and areas requiring attention.
  • Assist with revenue, profitability, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries.
  • Use Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial and business data.
  • Connect information from different sources and translate it into clear, useful insights for the Director of Finance.
  • Support M&A, business planning, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with improving finance processes, reporting, and information flow.

The successful candidate should be able to understand the numbers, recognize what matters, and understand the business story behind the data.

  • Identify delays or issues and elevate them appropriately.
Travel & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Manage travel changes, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Provide general executive and administrative support to the Director of Finance as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
