An exciting opportunity for a Finance & Office Manager to join a growing business in Airdrie. Our client is recruiting for a Finance & Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday–Friday, with some flexibility on start and finish times. This is an office-based role, currently based in the East End of Glasgow, with plans to relocate to Airdrie in the coming months. Applicants should have access to their own transport.
Your new role
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for finance and administration duties, including but not limited to:
There may also be opportunities to support broader commercial tasks such as compliance, quality management, and health and safety. You will oversee the office administrator's work and handle escalated administrative issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have proven experience in a similar financial and commercial role. Experience in the construction sector is advantageous but not essential. You should be comfortable working with finance software, ideally Xero. A collaborative team player attitude is essential.
