The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance (F&I) department, managing vehicle sales financing, insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager works closely with customers to identify their financing needs and provides tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of financing options, and an ability to meet sales and profitability goals.

Compensation
The expected range of compensation for this position is $60,000 – $110,000 Commission — No base. This position is entirely commission-based and the expected compensation range reflects potential earnings based on historical performance and market conditions. Actual earnings will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, and other factors. No minimum or guaranteed level compensation is provided.
