  • Develop and synthesize reporting and analysis related to commercial performance, contributing insights that support senior leadership decision-making within the company's broader FP&A framework.
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve data structures, reporting tools, and financial analysis processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and real-time insight generation.
  • Drive financial insights to fuel product innovation and strategic partnerships.
  • Create and leverage FP&A tools to foster stronger collaboration with commercial teams, driving alignment and improving decision-making across departments
  • Strengthen financial discipline by maintaining robust internal controls and driving process standardization across FP&A activities.
  • Perform other duties and projects as required by the business.
  • Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a collaborative team culture.
Requirements:

  • Detail oriented person with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Acts with a strong sense of urgency & accountability
  • Displays self-initiative to identify issues, and to operate independently
  • Creative problem solving to business issues and is motivated by seeking process improvement
