Once You Are Here, You Will :

Analyze, define standards and optimize business processes, including designing new and redesigning existing business processes to generate improvements in performance measures.

Business Requirements Definition— Discover, analyze, define, and document the requirements related to specific business objectives.

Analysis of Business Benefits— Lead and support the process of managing investments in change to achieve the forecasted benefits.

Business Architecture Analysis and Design— Analyze and develop the design, structure, and behavior of the current and future states of an enterprise.

Organizational Design- Facilitate the design and development of robust business models and operating models.

Develop Service Management Frameworks / Models– Lead and facilitate the design, development and deployment of service management frameworks and models.

Business Transformation Support– Support our clients with business transformation initiatives.

Strategic Planning – Including development of Strategic Plans and Roadmaps.

Business Program Evaluation – Develop logic models and evaluation frameworks for assessing program efficiency.

New Program Development– Including developing Program scope and approach.

Prepare Communication and Presentation Material- Create material suitable for senior executive audiences.

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of business consulting experience.

5+ years of Public Sector business consulting experience.

2+ years of experience as a technology project manager leading major projects.

Experience with support of funding requests including business case processes.

Experience in strategic planning of transformation projects.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Enterprise IT Architecture.

Familiarity with Organizational Communications and Change Management.

Experience with Public Sector Procurement.

PMI certification.
