The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance (F&I) department, managing vehicle sales financing, insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager works closely with customers to identify their financing needs and provides tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of financing options, and an ability to meet sales and profitability goals.
