The position emphasizes oversight and hands-on responsibility in a manufacturing or software environment, with a focus on process improvements and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of senior finance leadership, CPA preferred, strong Excel and IT skills, and a track record of driving

• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in finance/accounting, ideally in manufacturing or software.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong IT/system aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions for the organization.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and provide strategic support.
• Manage foreign exchange and US sales tax compliance.
• Collaborate with external accountants and consultants for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement new strategies, processes, policies, and systems.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts with senior leadership to enhance efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in accounting and finance who has had high levels of oversight and responsibility, and who is task-oriented and comfortable being hands-on daily.The successful candidate will have experience with leading the finance function in a manufacturing or software environment, will enjoy a fast-paced company, and will be great with technology and process improvement.
