Role Overview:

The Finance team is responsible for business analysis and planning, management reporting, performance measurement, and special projects for Fidelity Canada's various business units. The team focuses on supporting these groups in achieving their objectives by identifying issues, recommending solutions, providing financial transparency, and conducting value-added financial assessments. This involves establishing strong relationships with client groups and meeting stakeholder needs.

The Finance Manager will support large projects of strategic importance by providing consulting, planning, and end-to-end business case support. The role requires building strong partnerships with business leaders and colleagues, offering financial stewardship, guidance, and strategic support.

This position resides in the Finance department, specifically on the Emerging Distribution team, reporting to the VP Finance, Emerging Distribution. The role involves supporting projects related to business or finance strategy and operations.
