Job summary

Pros Mechanics in Concord, ON seeks a motivated and experienced Manager of Finance to lead the finance department and ensure compliance with governing laws and regulations.

You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls while driving strategic financial initiatives that support company goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFP, or CFA is preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Strong understanding of internal and external financial controls.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• High proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

$120k - $150k/yr. This may vary based on level of experience, credentials, and qualification.

Shift:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm.
