Job description

Job summary:

Reporting to the VP, Finance, as a member of the FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic financial planning across the business. You will partner cross-functionally across the organization and with Executive Leadership to analyze performance, guide investment decisions, and help scale a high-growth SaaS business. This role requires a strong command of financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work at both a strategic and detailed level, contributing to planning cycles, performance reviews, and long-range forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategies.
  2. Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  3. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making; prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.
  4. Analyze variances between actuals and forecast/budget, identifying key drivers and developing actionable insights.
  5. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency, supporting the company's growth and scalability.
  6. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription-based business models, or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
  • Exposure to SQL and familiarity with financial or business intelligence systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly based on evolving business needs.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with a track record of partnering cross-functionally and presenting insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $105,300 - $157,900, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. Final salary will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, considering internal equity. The range above is the full base salary range; hiring at the maximum is uncommon to allow for future salary growth. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package (details below).
