A leading company in compensation management is seeking an FP&A professional to drive data-driven decision-making and support strategic financial planning. This remote-first role involves developing financial models, conducting analyses, and collaborating with executive leadership to guide investment decisions and scale the business.
Reporting to the VP, Finance, as a member of the FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic financial planning across the business. You will partner cross-functionally across the organization and with Executive Leadership to analyze performance, guide investment decisions, and help scale a high-growth SaaS business. This role requires a strong command of financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work at both a strategic and detailed level, contributing to planning cycles, performance reviews, and long-range forecasting.
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $105,300 - $157,900, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. Final salary will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, considering internal equity. The range above is the full base salary range; hiring at the maximum is uncommon to allow for future salary growth. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package (details below).
