Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a small accounting team and own day-to-day finance in Barrie, Ontario.

You will manage accounting activities, develop financial plans, explain performance to management, oversee payroll, and coordinate audits while strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• CPA designation OR degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including staff supervision.
• Well-rounded knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with QuickBooks accounting systems.
