Job summary

Turkey Farmers of Ontario (TFO) seeks a Finance and Data Administrator to manage financial systems and oversee production data reporting. You will support the General Manager, prepare budgets, and coordinate with auditors while handling confidential information in a nonprofit setting.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a hybrid work model (two in-office days and three work-from-home days weekly) and opportunities to engage with staff, board members, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or related field.
3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting and/or full-cycle bookkeeping.
Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries and financial statements.

Responsibilities

Track revenue and expenses, organize journal entries and support source documentation.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, HST remittances, and reports.
Prepare annual budget with the General Manager and support year-end reporting.
Input production data, validate records, and provide reports to stakeholders.
