Finance Controller | St-Eustache (on-site) | Services

Permanent – 35 hours/week

A well-established service company in St-Eustache is seeking a Finance Controller/Director of Finance to play a key role with management and actively contribute to the organization's performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting activities and mentor the team
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
• Supervise payroll and government remittances (GST/QST, DAS, CNESST)
• Produce financial analyses and support decision‑making
• Monitor grants
• Prepare for year‑end and collaborate with external auditors
• Participate in various administrative aspects (HR, OHS, pay equity, recruitment)

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in administration/accounting (an asset)
• 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in management
