Department. This position is a one-year term position. The location of the position is Prince Albert central
office.

The Finance Clerk is responsible for the duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Payable department in
providing services to the members of PBCN. The position is under the direction of the Finance Manager
Position
Under direct supervision, the Finance Clerk reviews and processes payment; purchase orders, invoices,
statements, and/or other payment requests, as appropriate, for the Finance department of Peter Ballantyne Cree
Nation. Finance perfo1med, including maintaining the filing system on client records and payment records. As
well as delivering payments to the suppliers of services locally. Secretarial and Receptionist duties will be
perfo1med as well.
