Job Title: Finance Change Management Consultant

Job Description

This role involves leading the development of an Organizational Change Management Strategy and associated plans for current and future releases, ensuring a consistent approach to Program Organizational Change Management. The consultant will collaborate with the ERP team and vendor to determine training needs and support the design and delivery of training materials. Additionally, the consultant will manage knowledge transfer plans and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the client with the Implementation Partner to lead Organizational Change Management Strategy development.
  • Work with the ERP team and vendor to conduct Training Needs Analysis and support training design and delivery.
  • Identify knowledge transfer recipients and ensure detailed day-wise plans are created, monitored, and executed.
  • Deliver change management for technology implementations, with a focus on ERP systems.
  • Ensure alignment with financial planning and forecasting processes.
Essential Skills
  • Significant experience with change management for technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and forecasting processes and terminology.
  • Experience delivering change management for an ERP.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and change management.
  • Expertise in finance and process improvement.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Prosci or other change management designation preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Accounting, or Finance.
  • PMP, CPA, ACMP certifications are advantageous.
  • Skills in forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
