Our Client is a leading financial services firm based in Dublin West. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the team. This position plays a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business by delivering clear financial insights and fostering collaboration between finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including journal entries for accounting.
• Conduct critical variance analysis vs. budget and forecast, collaborating with departments to explain deviations.
• Produce monthly reporting packs for the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
• Support quarterly forecasting by aligning inputs across multiple business units.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, resolving operational challenges and driving efficiency, cost savings, and performance improvement.
• Deliver proactive financial support by analysing commercial opportunities, enhancing data understanding, and improving processes to meet key business targets.

Ideal Profile:

• Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA
• Experience financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Previous experience with SAP, plus reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau a major plus
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel
