Grand River Personnel Limited in Waterloo Region is seeking a Finance Associate responsible for Accounts Receivable and Sales Commissions on a one-year contract. You will collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to accurately calculate commissions and manage receivables.

The role offers a salary between 55,000 and 60,000 CAD, vacation, and benefits, with SAP experience as a mandatory requirement. You will contribute to month-end activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is required.
• Ability to calculate sales commissions and process accounts receivables.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivables and incoming payments as per company policies.
• Create receivables aging report and analyze customer accounts.
• Investigate account discrepancies and resolve unauthorized deductions as per procedure.
• Assist with month end, quarter end and year end reporting and audits.
• Identify issues with billing, pricing, deductions or other customer service areas.
• Contact customers via phone and email for collection of overdue balances.
• Understand monthly sales commission plans for sales reps and calculate payments.
