Job summary

Alamos Gold Inc. is seeking an Administration Manager, Finance for the Lynn Lake Project in Manitoba. You will lead financial planning, reporting, cost management, and capital oversight to enable safe, sustainable production and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will partner with site leadership and corporate teams to deliver insightful analysis, build a high-performing finance function, and implement continuous improvement across mining operations.

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, mining exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement through financial analysis.
Monitor capital project expenditures and evaluate investment performance.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable, procurement, and administrative functions with clear metrics.
Ensure internal controls and audit readiness while mentoring the finance team.
