Job summary

Alamos Gold Inc. is seeking an Administration Manager, Finance for the Lynn Lake Project in Manitoba.

You will provide strategic financial leadership for budgeting, planning, reporting, cost management, and procurement oversight, partnering with site leadership and corporate teams to drive operational excellence and value creation. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will lead a team, oversee payroll, accounts payable, and administration, ensure internal controls, and deliver timely

Qualifications

• CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Leadership experience of 2–5 years.
• Experience with SAP and OneStream ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement.
• Manage capital project expenditures and investment evaluations.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, procurement, and admin functions.
• Mentor and lead the finance team with strong controls.
