Baxter's manufacturing operates 24/7 to meet customer needs, requiring energetic and dedicated team members. We are currently hiring full-time Filling Operators for our Midnight shift (Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at our Alliston facility. Starting wage is $26.00/hour plus applicable shift premiums. Benefits include an Employee Stock Purchasing Plan, a Defined Contribution Pension Plan, and medical/dental coverage from day one.

Your Team

• Wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, mask, and boots, especially during cleaning.
• Work around equipment and machinery, with exposure to elevated noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Inspect IV bag assemblies visually and fill with solutions in various sizes, then package and sterilize.
• Use scales to ensure correct fill volumes and inspect bags for quality and labeling accuracy.
• Operate sealing machines and load bags onto sterilizer trucks, ensuring proper documentation and sampling.
• Perform quality checks, document rejects, and rework as needed.

Adhere to quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines. Report safety, quality, or mechanical issues promptly. Maintain a clean and safe workspace following 6S principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (proof required).
• Ability to pass ergonomic assessment.
• Experience with repetitive tasks in manufacturing or GMP environments.
• Experience in food or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Previous experience in fast-paced assembly line work is a plus.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
