Our talented team tackles challenges head-on while striving to fulfill client orders. We are currently hiring energetic, hard-working Filling Operators for full-time midnight shifts (Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) at our Alliston facility. The starting wage is $26.00/hour plus applicable shift premiums. Your Team

• Dress and gowning requirements include safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask, and boots (additional PPE required during cleaning).
• Exposure to elevated noise levels.
• Work around equipment, machinery, and belts.

What You'll Be Doing

The Filling Operator performs duties on a rotating basis, including:

• Visual inspection of IV bag assembly.
• Filling IV solutions in various bag sizes.
• Placing bags into protective over-wrap.
• Loading bags onto sterilizer trays.

Specific tasks include:

• Using scales to weigh filled bags for proper volume.
• Inspecting each filled bag for quality characteristics such as fill volume, air volume, code number, expiration date, and lot number.
• Loading over-wrapped bags into sealing machines.
• Loading sealed bags onto sterilizer trucks, ensuring proper sampling and positioning.
• Performing quality checks and documenting rejects and reworks.

Additional responsibilities involve:

• Applying quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Reporting safety, quality, or mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles.

What You'll Bring
