DECIEM | The Abnormal Beauty Company is seeking a Filling Associate Manager for visible leadership on the manufacturing floor at our Eastside facility in Etobicoke, near Toronto. You'll drive continuous improvement, lead production teams for safety and quality, and collaborate across departments to meet deadlines, while maintaining GMP standards and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Prior technical experience in processing and packaging in manufacturing is an asset.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is desirable.
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills.
• Education OR equivalent work experience in manufacturing is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation in the beauty industry.

• Instil a culture of continuous improvement amongst the employees.
• Identify opportunities in production workflow and process reliability, with required documentation, to reduce downtime and meet quality standards.
• Lead teams to run production on the line while ensuring safety and product quality.
• Lead teams to identify defects on equipment, cleaning, inspections and execute corrective actions to address any defects as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments in ensuring completion of assigned projects to meet deadlines.
• Thoroughly investigate all accidents and complete an accident report on the date of occurrence.
• Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping in the Production Department.
• Communicate relevant information to the teams, understanding the impact on the morale and productivity of the teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Filling Associate Manager to provide visible leadership on the manufacturing floor and to ensure operational effectiveness.

This role will be based out of our Eastside Manufacturing facility located in Etobicoke

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $32.00 to $33.50.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
