Job summary

DGI Supply is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to manage customer inventory and industrial vending solutions on a field-based service route. You will travel to customer locations, replenish inventory, support vending equipment, and address day-to-day service issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Experience with VMI or industrial vending is a plus, but training is provided. This role offers a foundation for growth within APS Operations, Account Management, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned customer locations and manage a reliable daily service route.
• Replenish VMI inventory and vending machines according to customer requirements and schedules.
• Perform inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact during onsite visits and resolve issues promptly.
