Job summary

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the Canadian CGP.
• This is a part-time role with 12–20 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to multiple customer locations daily.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned customer locations within the territory.
• Replenish VMI inventory and vending machines per customer requirements.
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure inventory availability to support production needs.
• Serve as primary onsite contact, develop relationships with customer personnel, respond to concerns professionally.
• Deliver high level of service that enhances satisfaction and retention.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on vending machines and inventory systems.
• Coordinate setup and access for customer staff and basic system administration.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and replenishment activities.
• Monitor reports and system alerts to address issues proactively.
