Job summary

DoAll Canada, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Coordinator to manage VMI programs and industrial vending at client sites across Regina.

The role involves daily travel to customer locations to replenish inventory, service vending equipment, and maintain data accuracy while delivering excellent customer service. The position is field-based, independent work, and designed for development within APS Operations, Account Management, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the Canadian CGP.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to multiple customer locations daily.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
• Travel daily to assigned customer locations within the territory.
• Replenish VMI inventory and industrial vending machines.
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure inventory is available and organized to support production.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact and build relationships.
• Respond to inventory, service, and equipment concerns promptly.
• Communicate needs and issues to internal teams.
• Deliver high level of service to strengthen customer satisfaction.
