Job summary

DGI Supply Canada is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to manage customer inventory and industrial vending solutions on an assigned service route. You will visit customer locations, replenish inventory, support vending equipment, and address day-to-day service issues, helping keep customer operations running smoothly.

Training will be provided, and the role offers potential for growth within APS Operations, Account Management, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the Canadian CGP program.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to multiple customer locations daily.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.]
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inventory and daily service route.
• Replenish VMI inventory and vending machines per client requirements.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock adjustments.
• Serve as primary on-site contact and build strong customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate escalation as needed.
• Maintain inventory movement records and monitor system alerts.
• Ensure safety and compliance with PPE and driving regulations.
