Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Field Title Clerk I to deliver efficient customer service through the vehicle purchasing process. You will verify ownership documents, ensure forms are completed and signed, and assist with vehicle sales and ownership transfers as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, processing purchases in compliance with laws and policy, recording deliveries, issuing payments, maintaining records, and generating routine reports daily to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with general computer skills including data entry and email communication.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Verify ownership documents match VINs and comply with laws.
• Schedule appointments with customers and tow vendors.
• Process vehicle purchases in accordance with laws and policy.
• Receive and record vehicles in the company database.
• Issue payments for vehicles and tow services; maintain daily check summaries.
• Maintain and file routing sheets, transfers, sales and purchases.
