Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Calgary is hiring a field technical services supervisor, a team lead for field services, to lead, develop and support the field services team and deliver an amazing customer experience.

You'll motivate the team, handle recruitment and scheduling, coordinate delivery and installation, assist customers with technology needs, and foster an inclusive learning culture. Join our retail team and grow your career with Best Buy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver's abstract.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
