Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking a Field Technical Services Supervisor to lead the field services team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role focuses on coaching the team, coordinating delivery and installation services, and ensuring customer needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit, schedule, and manage team activities while upholding Best Buy’s standards for customer service and inclusivity. Calgary area location with dynamic retail operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Enthusiasm to support customers
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
