Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field service agent to provide delivery, installation and repair in customers' homes. No experience required; training provided to support customers and build a strong tech foundation.

You will assess technology needs, respond to questions, and ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained, delivering an exceptional customer experience with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $17.60 - $20.21
