Best Buy Canada in Timmins, ON is hiring immediately for an operations team lead to supervise a customer service team and drive an exceptional customer experience across the store.

As a supervisor you will coach 15+ associates, monitor store KPIs such as revenue, merchandising standards, and inventory health; you will support a safe, inclusive, fun work environment while managing expenses and contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team of at least 15 associates.
• 2+ years managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Full-time availability.
