Kurita Canada has an immediate need for a Field Technical Service Representative. As a Field Technical Service Representative, you will represent the company and provide valuable services to our customers.
The Field Technical Service Representative will complete work assignments and service accounts according to previous contracts and commitments. Responsibilities include conducting in-plant water sampling, analyses, and reporting results; collecting operating data on equipment; maintaining and monitoring the chemical feed program; completing specialized studies; and effectively communicating with Sales Reps, Customers, and internal employees. You will also support the Sales Force as assigned.
This individual is responsible for participating in the field training program, acquiring technical and mechanical knowledge, developing customer and prospect rapport, understanding customer operations, and becoming a productive member of the sales and service team.
Job Title: Field Technical Service Representative
Territory/Location: Kitchener, Ontario area with service work throughout Southwestern Ontario or as assigned. This position is based out of a home office and local service depot.
Travel: 80-100% within territory
Compensation: $55K-70K (CAN) plus commission based on a defined program
