Carrier Global Corporation's Automated Logic division seeks a Supervisor - Building Automation in BC to lead Field Technicians and coordinate daily priorities. You will optimize resources, resolve client issues, and escalate critical matters to management, with daily site travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building automation, 2+ years supervising technicians, a valid license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in building automation systems, controls or HVAC controls.
• 2+ years experience as a supervisor/leader of Field Technicians.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and resolve issues encountered by field technicians.
• Optimize usage of resources, standard time, equipment and energy for the team.
• Escalate key issues that impact the business.
• Manage team according to programs and objectives.
• Quality issue management.
