Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a senior field technician, holds or can obtain NSF 49, and understands biosafety and ventilation equipment. Travel and hands-on work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Field Service Technician or equivalent.
• Secondary school diploma; additional technical training is an asset.
• Holds or eligible for NSF 49 accreditation.
• Knowledge of biosafety and chemical safety ventilation equipment.
• Experience with HVAC systems and associated testing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Technicians and manage daily service operations.
• Develop strong client relationships through site visits and support.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Coordinate with Regional Service Manager on targets, budgets and metrics.
• Perform field work including testing, certifying and repairing equipment.
