We are rapidly expanding our Technical Services division and seek skilled Production Service Technicians to provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to clients, managing call resolutions according to SLA agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with electromechanical equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on large-scale production equipment.
  • Conduct comprehensive maintenance, including diagnostics, software updates, installation, removal, retrofit, and remote resolution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing maintenance, production, and inventory of equipment.

Assist team members with policies, procedures, and best practices in equipment repair.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits with multimeters and reading electrical schematics. Past roles may include HVAC, cable internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, military, or veteran experience.
  • Excellent time management and reliability; punctuality is valued.
  • Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance; background check including MVR.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities like walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over half the workday. Prioritizes safety around electrical components.

Certifications relevant to this role are advantageous.
