A leading gaming technology provider is seeking a Casino Services Field Technician in Northeastern Ontario. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining gaming devices at casino and bingo sites. The technician will work autonomously, providing customer training and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have 2-4 years' experience in electronics repair and installation. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Availability for overtime and weekends is necessary.
The Casino Services Field Technician is autonomous and responsible for all activities at Casino and Bingo sites in the allocated Greater Sudbury and Timmins Area. Preparation, installation, troubleshooting to the component/circuit level. Servicing remotely and onsite with the ability to diagnose and solve problems. Maintain, upgrade and convert IGT gaming devices, while representing IGT at the customer site and maintaining a positive relationship with the client. Provide initial and ongoing customer training on basic game functionality. Adapt to various jurisdictions and adhere to compliance policies.
