MPI is seeking an Eaton Field Service Technician – Delta, BC to perform on-site service for critical power equipment. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and help customers return systems to service safely and efficiently.

The role involves traveling across Alberta, on-call rotation, and working with UPS systems and power distribution equipment. The position offers CAD 70–85k base, a company car, RRSP and comprehensive benefits, along with a company phone

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or related discipline
• Red Seal Electrician certification desirable
• Experience with UPS systems, batteries, electronics, power distribution or critical power infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Alberta
• Ability to travel to the U.S. for training when required

Responsibilities

• Experience working with UPS systems, batteries, electronics, power distribution systems, or critical power infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Alberta.
• Ability to travel to the U.S. for product and safety training when required.
