Pack-Smart is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician(Commissioners) to install, commission, and support our advanced packagingautomation systems. The ideal candidate brings strong electro-mechanicalskills, thrives on solving real-world challenges, and is excited to travel tocustomer sites (and the world)! Commissioners display strong technicalknowledge to our global customers, as well as providing pristine customerservice, representing Pack-Smart Inc. internationally. International travel upto 50% is required!

• Take ownership of system installation andcommissioning through to customer acceptance.
• Work directly with cross-functional engineeringteams and clients during design reviews and on-site implementations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electricalchallenges, resolve root-cause issues, and document actionable solutions.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on bestpractices for setup, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical,Electro-Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on commissioning experiencewith automated systems or packaging machinery.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings andengineering schematics.
• Excellent communication skills — verbal,written, and technical.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (nationally andinternationally).
