Position: Field Service Technician - Vancouver and Victoria BC

This role must be part of the United Steelworkers UNION

• Perform repairs on faulty security systems.
• Prioritize and follow up on service calls.
• Repair defective systems according to company standards.
• Provide usage recommendations and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
• Transmit usage recommendations to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies.
• Generate reports on service calls.

Requirements:

• Valid training certificate in one or more of the following: Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, Alarm.com.
• At least 3 years of recent experience as a field service or installation technician in electronic security.
