Job summary

TRUMPF, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot and repair our CNC machine tools at customer sites in the US, Canada and Mexico.

You will document machine data, diagnose issues, and propose improvements while training customers to operate and maintain equipment. The role requires hands-on skills in electronics, circuits, wiring, mechanics, hydraulics, and a strong focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics.
• Focus on customer service and quality.
• Willingness to travel 100% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Your new role:

• TRUMPF Field Service Technician
• Travel to install, services, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico
• Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance.
• Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions.
• Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity.
• Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.
