Job summary

Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited is seeking a Regional Service Representative to install, maintain, and service CT, X-Ray, and Ultrasound equipment for clients mainly in the Greater Toronto Area. Based out of a home office, you will travel as needed and report to the Regional Service Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years of field service experience, strong installation skills, and a diploma in electronics or biomedical technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of CT and X-Ray medical equipment.
• Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills.
• Diploma in Electronics or biomedical engineering technology.
• Exceptional communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Travel internationally for training; valid driver’s license; on-call availability; overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Install CMSCA equipment according to standards and deadlines, ensuring full functionality.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment.
• Adhere to quality standards in all tasks and reports.
• Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports.
• Follow CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality.

This posting is for a current vacancy that needs to be filled.

Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Regional Service Representative (FSR) will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment – CT and X-ray and Ultrasound – for clients primarily in the Greater Toronto Area and other locations as needed.

Major Responsibilities

• Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications;
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment;
• Always adhere to quality standards;
• Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports;
• Adhere at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer;
