Siemens Healthineers, based in Eastern Ontario, seeks a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Lab Diagnostics equipment at customer sites. You will deliver timely repairs and training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of field service experience, strong electronics/IT skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Lab Diagnostics equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely repairs and operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to support customer needs and manage territory budgets, expenses and inventory.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
