Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Field Service Operations Manager for the Mississauga, ON location. You will lead service teams, drive profitability of the service departments, and mentor branch staff using Lean principles to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Service Managers on objectives, audits for policy compliance, and tracking performance KPIs such as technician efficiency, billing accuracy, and WIP management. Strong leadership and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams and driving profitability in a dealer/service environment.
• Ability to audit compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Proven track record in developing and executing business plans.
• Strong leadership to guide branch service managers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
• Education considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Managers to set objectives and strategic plans to improve sales, margins, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop actionable performance improvement plans to increase efficiency.
• Assist Service Managers to implement improvement initiatives with measurable progress.
• Monitor plan execution and achieve targeted service goals.
• Conduct audits to verify policy compliance and operational integrity.
• Apply 5S and Lean principles to optimize workflows and productivity.
• Ensure audit criteria and customer satisfaction metrics are met.
• Identify performance gaps and set measurable objectives for technician efficiency, billing accuracy, WIP, and warranties.
